Role description
OPAL is recruiting a finance consulting analyst with deep commercial-real-estate financing experience for a Top 100 Canadian organization. The analyst reviews complex commercial financing files, prepares credit recommendations and financing structures, assesses guarantees and follow-up conditions, performs periodic file reviews, monitors policy and regulatory compliance and collaborates with internal partners on high-value transactions.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of relevant commercial-finance experience, strong financial and market analysis, solid knowledge of commercial/industrial/institutional/agricultural credit risk, and current Ontario residence. Current public copies emphasize experience analyzing commercial real-estate financing transactions above CAD 5M; French-English bilingualism is an asset.
