Role description
OPAL is recruiting a Director of Automotive Industry Financing for a leading Canadian financial institution in Windsor. The director develops and manages a specialized commercial lending portfolio serving automotive manufacturers, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, tooling, fabrication and industrial companies. Responsibilities include originating and structuring financing, analyzing financial statements and industry risk, negotiating credit facilities, advising owners and executives on capital structure and growth, and collaborating with credit, risk, legal and operations teams.
Qualifications
University degree in business, finance, commerce, economics or related discipline; significant commercial/corporate banking, equipment-finance or commercial-lending experience; strong credit underwriting and financial-analysis skills; proven portfolio growth; and relevant automotive manufacturing/supplier or industrial-sector experience.
Additional information
Full-time Director-level role in Windsor, Ontario. Published base salary: CAD 125,000–150,000 plus performance incentives, benefits from day one, pension and four weeks of vacation. Roxanne Seguin is the direct job poster.
