Marketing Manager

About the opportunity

Sirius Instrumentation and Controls is hiring a Marketing Manager to own the full marketing function across its Canadian and U.S. entities.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the role combines hands-on execution with leadership of one Marketing Coordinator and external agencies. The mandate covers digital presence, demand generation, events, product marketing, technical content and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Raise the quality and performance of the corporate website, SEO, digital channels and lead capture.
• Build marketing analytics and connect activity to qualified pipeline growth.
• Lead conferences, trade shows and client-hosting programs from planning through follow-up.
• Upgrade technical collateral, product materials, application notes and case studies.
• Maintain brand and editorial standards across customer-facing materials.
• Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator and external production vendors.

Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred, with equivalent senior leadership experience considered.

Must-have experience includes 8+ years of progressive B2B generalist marketing, at least 3 years of direct people leadership, and hands-on ownership across digital, demand generation, events and content.

Technical or industrial B2B marketing experience is required, with oil and gas strongly preferred. Strong writing and editing, technical translation, website refinement, professional video production and trade-show management experience are also expected.

Travel to Midland, Texas and trade shows across North America is expected at approximately 10%; a valid passport is required.

Compensation is described publicly as an excellent package, without a numeric range.
