Project Manager - rcs construction

Role overview

rcs construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Atlantic Canada. The role owns the full project lifecycle and works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver scope, schedule, budget and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects and support site teams.
• Participate in handover meetings, subcontractor buyouts, drawing/specification reviews and project scheduling.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore and monitor project costs, change orders, invoices and monthly reviews using Jonas.
• Oversee closeout materials and client/subcontractor handovers.
• Support tender site visits, estimating, bid strategy and post-project improvement reviews.

Required

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management/project coordination experience with a general contractor.
• Proficiency with Procore, Jonas and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Gold Seal Certification or commitment to achieving it.
• First Aid and relevant safety certifications.
