Role overview
Greystone Energy Systems is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen the Quality function as the manufacturer grows. The position oversees the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Quality team and strengthen manufacturing-quality processes.
- Oversee and evolve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives and strengthen quality capability across functions.
- Support manufacturing excellence as product portfolios and customer requirements grow.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Strong manufacturing background and quality-leadership experience.
- Expertise with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience implementing methods such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), PPAP and DFMEA.
- Experience in electronics, electrical/electromechanical products, industrial automation, controls, sensors, HVAC equipment, aerospace or similar engineered-product environments is valued.
- Collaborative, cross-functional leadership style.
Additional information
Compensation
Official salary range: CAD $95,000-$115,000 annually.
