Responsibilities

• Draft documentation for incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, reorganizations and share transactions.
• Handle extra-provincial registrations, dividend transactions, name changes and restorations.
• Conduct minute-book reviews and correct deficiencies.
• Prepare closing agendas and act as a primary contact for corporate clients.
• Gain exposure to workflow management, process oversight and team coordination.

• Minimum 8 years of Corporate Paralegal experience in a busy law firm.
• Paralegal certificate or diploma from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of BC Online, ALF, iManage, Outlook and Word.
• Excellent organization, communication and high-volume workload management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Langley, BC.
