Role description
Opportunity
A community-focused Atlantic Canadian general contractor is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent for projects in Moncton, Bedford and St. John’s.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site activities and manage subtrades and suppliers.
- Work with local authorities and maintain complete project documentation.
- Execute work to the project schedule and maintain the overall schedule.
- Promote and enforce a safety-first culture.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Site Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, time-management and organizational skills.
- Red Seal, Gold Seal or CM Lean is an asset.
- Multi-storey residential experience is an asset.
