Construction Site Supervisor

Full-time permanent Construction Site Supervisor role with Bretoba Contracting in Ingonish, Nova Scotia, with public compensation in the range of approximately $90,000–$110,000. The position leads year-round custom residential and light-commercial construction work and requires relocation to the Ingonish area.

Key responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day site execution, crews, subcontractors and trade sequencing.
• Maintain practical construction schedules and keep work progressing across multiple trades.
• Enforce site safety expectations and respond to field issues as they arise.
• Monitor workmanship and quality standards throughout construction.
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors and site priorities with project leadership.
• Communicate clearly with trades and other project stakeholders and help resolve scheduling or constructability issues.

Profile
Strong construction-site leadership experience is required, along with comfort managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades. Candidates should be able to work extended site weeks when required, maintain strong safety and quality standards, make sound field decisions and relocate to the Ingonish area for the role.
