Role description
Stationary-engineer assignment at O&M Cogénération’s thermal power plant in Saint-Félicien, which produces electricity and steam using, among other inputs, forest-industry residues.
The successful candidate joins the plant’s industrial operations on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule. The mandate is intended for a Class 4 stationary engineer or an apprentice and offers opportunities to progress to higher certification classes.
The workplace is presented as a close-knit team in an industrial energy-production environment.
Qualifications
Hold a Class 4 stationary-engineer competency card or an apprentice stationary-engineer card. Relevant industrial experience is considered. The posting lists a vocational-level profile and is open to candidates with limited years of experience when the competency requirements are met.
