Refractory Relief Supervisor – Horne

Horne Smelter is seeking a Refractory Relief Supervisor to ensure efficient, high-quality execution of refractory maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Direct work teams responsible for vessel maintenance.
• Develop employees and optimize resources.
• Support continuous service improvement.
• Make decisions aligned with business objectives.

• Technical diploma in materials processing, engineering, metallurgy or a related field.
• 5 years of industrial experience and solid refractory knowledge.
• Written French and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Leadership, autonomy, organization and results orientation.

• Permanent full-time role in Rouyn-Noranda.
• 40-hour daytime schedule.
