Composite Materials Technician

TAS is recruiting detail-oriented composite laminators with strong manual skills and a quality mindset to manufacture composite parts, primarily through lamination. The work includes prepreg materials and vacuum bagging in an aerospace manufacturing environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Produce composite parts according to work instructions, technical procedures and quality requirements.\n• Perform lamination and lay-up operations using prepreg materials.\n• Prepare parts and perform vacuum bagging.\n• Handle the materials, tools and equipment required for production.\n• Inspect parts during production to ensure conformity.\n• Meet production priorities while maintaining precision and consistency.\n• Perform repetitive tasks requiring dexterity, care and close attention to detail.\n• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, quality staff and other departments.\n• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

• High school diploma plus at least 3 years of relevant related experience, or a vocational diploma in composite materials.\n• Experience or knowledge in lamination, prepreg materials and vacuum bagging.\n• CNC-machine knowledge is an asset.\n• Functional French and English.\n• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\n• Customer- and quality-oriented, autonomous, organized, detail-oriented and team-focused.

Full-time position in Mirabel. Availability is required for day and evening shifts in an aerospace composite-components manufacturing environment.
