IT Business Analyst – Oracle EBS

TAS is recruiting an IT Business Analyst for a fast-growing manufacturing company strengthening its application IT team around several major projects, including its Oracle EBS ERP. The role serves as a bridge between business teams, operations and IT to understand user needs and translate them into effective application solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Gather, analyze and structure business requirements with stakeholders.\n• Translate operational needs into clear and complete functional specifications.\n• Contribute to the design, modelling and evolution of enterprise-system solutions.\n• Define, coordinate and execute test scenarios and involve operating teams in user acceptance testing.\n• Support deployments through training, guidance and user support.\n• Document, analyze and map current and future business processes.\n• Assess the costs, benefits, risks and impacts of proposed changes.\n• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and work methods.\n• Collaborate with IT, finance, manufacturing, distribution and operations teams.

• Relevant college or university degree in IT, administration, accounting or a related field.\n• At least 5 years of IT business-analysis experience.\n• Required ERP experience, specifically Oracle EBS.\n• Good understanding of business cycles, organizational processes and application systems.\n• Experience in finance, manufacturing and distribution environments.\n• Excellent communication, facilitation and workshop skills.\n• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and understand operational realities.\n• Mandatory French-English bilingualism.\n• Analytical, structured, autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented profile with strong prioritization skills and an interest in continuous improvement.
