Role description
Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting a Loan Operations Specialist for a financial-services client. The position supports loan processing, client communication and general operations.
Responsibilities include processing loan and credit requests, reviewing documentation, supporting clients and law firms throughout the loan lifecycle, maintaining accurate CRM/loan-system records, managing statements and service inquiries, investigating discrepancies, assisting with audits and supporting process and systems improvements.
The posting prefers a college or university business degree and asks for 2+ years of customer-service or administrative experience. Strong organization, communication and attention to detail are required, along with advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Public compensation: 55–60k.
