About the opportunity

TEEMA is recruiting a production technician in Vancouver for a direct-hire manufacturing opportunity.

The technician supports day-to-day production by assembling and testing products, following documented procedures, recording results and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• The role requires careful hands-on work, consistent documentation and the ability to identify or escalate production issues.
• The position works closely with production and technical teams and is suited to someone comfortable with detailed assembly, tools, inspection and a structured manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have practical production, manufacturing, assembly or technician experience and be comfortable following work instructions and quality procedures.
• Attention to detail, safe tool use, basic troubleshooting and reliable documentation are important.
• Experience with testing, inspection, electronics, mechanical assembly or regulated production environments is useful where applicable.
• The role requires dependable on-site attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Position details

• Direct-hire role in Vancouver, British Columbia.
• Public salary range: CAD 60,000–80,000.
