Role description
A large Canadian company is building its procurement strategy and is seeking Category Managers for engineered parts, electronics, consumables and professional services. The role develops strategic category frameworks, year-over-year performance analysis, supplier relationship approaches and future procurement strategy while leading a small team.
Qualifications
Five or more years of procurement experience. Category-development experience. Project-procurement experience in construction, EPCM, mining, oil and gas, utilities or power generation. Excellent communication skills.
