Description du poste
The Logistics Technician will support a critical telecom supply chain operation onsite in Vancouver, serving field technicians, network-infrastructure inventory, and supply-chain operations. The role manages inbound and outbound material, receipts, transfers, shipments, returns, replenishment, inventory accuracy, fulfillment requests, shortages, and escalations. It also analyzes inventory and fulfillment data, creates reports and dashboards, investigates discrepancies, recommends process improvements, and liaises with Field Operations across Canadian and U.S. operations. Systems include Excel, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, internal tools, and AI or automation tools. The initial contract is six months, with expected extension through 12 months and possible longer-term opportunities.
Qualifications
2+ years logistics, inventory, warehouse, supply chain or materials experience; intermediate Excel including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs; cross-functional communication; problem solving; telecom, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce or inventory analytics are assets.
