Role description

Full-stack development role for an established financial-services organization expanding its technology team. The position builds enterprise applications across backend .NET services and modern frontend interfaces, with practical use of AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, test and maintain applications on .NET, .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
  • Build responsive interfaces with React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Create APIs, microservices and backend components for financial applications.
  • Use Copilot-style tools for coding, refactoring, documentation and debugging.
  • Contribute to SQL Server data modeling, query optimization, CI/CD and release processes.
  • Apply secure-development and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Profile

  • Strong C# and .NET experience.
  • React is required; JavaScript and TypeScript experience expected.
  • REST APIs, SQL Server, ORM tools and software-design fundamentals.
  • Hands-on use of GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot or comparable tools.
  • Azure/AWS and Agile/Scrum experience are assets.

Additional information

Hybrid Montréal role. Base salary C$110,000–C$130,000. Benefits include insurance, RRSP matching up to 4%, professional-development support, 15 vacation days and 10 personal days.
