General Manager, Consumer Home Brands

Commercial leadership mandate for a Canadian home-textiles manufacturer growing direct-to-consumer and licensed consumer brands. The general manager is accountable for growth and profitability across a portfolio of brands and product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute growth plans across existing and new channels.
• Own product development, sourcing, pricing, positioning, merchandising, conversion and retention.
• Manage inventory and working capital using unit economics and forecasting.
• Track net sales, contribution margin, acquisition cost and lifetime value.
• Lead contractors and build a small, high-output operating team.
• Use technology, data and automation to make performance measurable and repeatable.

Profile

• Track record of owning commercial results for a brand, product line or business.
• Strong quantitative, spreadsheet and forecasting skills.
• Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, broad-scope environment.
• Canadian work authorization required; French is not required.

On-site in Greater Montréal five days per week. Base salary C$150,000–C$250,000 plus performance incentives; up to C$10,000 relocation support may be available.
