Head of Partnerships

Leadership role reporting to the CEO of a profitable Canadian consumer-services company transitioning to an AI-first model. The mandate owns the partnership function end to end, including revenue growth, product integration, new customer-acquisition channels and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Expand existing commercial relationships and originate new partnerships.
• Integrate partner offerings into AI-enabled consumer products where they solve real customer needs.
• Create distribution partnerships that generate customers for the company’s core services.
• Build the partnerships team, define ownership and measurable goals.
• Manage delivery commitments, partner health and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Work closely with product, engineering, growth, brand and service-delivery teams.

Profile

• Strong product sense and experience translating commercial goals into products or experiences.
• Sound commercial judgment and understanding of partnership economics.
• Ability to lead across large partner organizations and a fast-moving internal team.
• Experience building teams, evaluating talent and setting clear expectations.

Toronto-based full-time role. Compensation is advertised up to C$250,000.
