Role description

Full-stack role in a small engineering group building SaaS products used by business customers. Developers own features end to end, collaborate closely with product/design and work on a modern Microsoft/Azure stack.

Responsibilities

  • Turn business problems into robust technical solutions with product and design.
  • Build backend services and web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Azure and SQL Server.
  • Develop React and JavaScript frontend functionality.
  • Write secure, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Improve engineering patterns, documentation and DevSecOps/CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

Profile

  • 3+ years shipping production software in a team environment.
  • Strong object-oriented design and web-architecture fundamentals.
  • Ability to collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary computer-science education or equivalent practical experience.

Additional information

Hybrid Toronto, generally 2–3 office days per week. Compensation advertised up to C$130,000 plus annual bonus, health benefits, RRSP contributions, 25 vacation days, four wellness days and a learning budget.
