Bilingual (F/E) Business Development Representative - Culinary

Customer-success and inside-sales role for the Canadian culinary/foodservice market. The representative is the first contact for inbound and marketing leads, qualifies prospects, performs discovery by phone/email/Teams, conducts virtual product presentations, schedules appointments for field sales, identifies new business and upsell opportunities, maintains Salesforce records, follows up after sales, coordinates product training and supports broader sales/marketing initiatives.

French-English bilingualism and 5+ years of professional culinary/commercial-kitchen experience are required. Restaurant, catering, hospitality or broader foodservice experience is preferred. Strong presentation and communication ability, comfort speaking with chefs/operators/executives, customer orientation, organization and self-motivation are important. Salesforce/CRM and cold-calling or inside-sales experience are assets; a bachelor’s degree is an asset.

Full-time role in Mississauga, Ontario, with typical hours 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET and some flexibility. Published base salary is $65,000–$70,000 plus a KPI/company-performance bonus, benefits after 90 days and RRSP. Hybrid availability depends on role/function. Direct job poster/recruiter: Brian Pho.
