Regional Sales Manager - Culinary and Food Service

Field-based regional sales role in Saskatoon and the surrounding Saskatchewan territory for a global commercial-kitchen technology business. The manager develops relationships with chefs, restaurant operators, kitchen managers, dealers and foodservice decision-makers, conducts roughly five to six customer visits on many field days, demonstrates professional cooking equipment, develops territory opportunities, manages the sales pipeline, coordinates with inside-sales and support teams and represents the business at dealer events, trade shows and regional or national sales meetings. The role is designed for a strong culinary professional who can translate kitchen credibility into consultative territory sales.

Professional culinary experience is mandatory; the public posting specifically targets backgrounds such as Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager or comparable commercial-foodservice experience. Candidates need strong organization, time management, follow-up and relationship-building skills, comfort meeting customers in the field and the ability to learn consultative sales. Commercial-kitchen and foodservice knowledge is central; direct sales experience is helpful but the employer states sales can be taught.

Published compensation is $80,000–$85,000 base salary plus approximately $20,000 commission/bonus, company vehicle, benefits and RRSP.
