Senior Manager/Director, Process and Project Design

Senior architectural/project-design leadership role in Vaughan overseeing a team of approximately eight to nine senior project coordinators and design supervisors supporting custom ceiling and wall products. The manager leads, coaches and schedules the design team, allocates project workload, reviews performance, oversees detailed AutoCAD shop drawings, answers technical client questions, establishes CAD and project-design standards, coordinates freelancers and billing, conducts project reviews and works across operations, engineering, sales and project stakeholders to improve quality, capacity and execution. The role combines people leadership, technical design governance and project-process improvement.

A bachelor’s degree in architectural design, engineering or a related discipline and roughly 15+ years of relevant industry experience with substantial leadership responsibility are sought. Strong AutoCAD capability, familiarity with SolidWorks and ERP environments, shop-drawing and custom architectural/manufacturing project experience, communication and team-management skills are important. Periodic travel, approximately 5–10% or more depending on project needs, is expected.

Published base salary is $125,000–$140,000 with an annual bonus target around 13%, benefits and hybrid-work availability. Public materials also mention tuition and wellness support.
