Debt Administrator

Debt-administration role with a Licensed Insolvency Trustee firm in Toronto. The administrator manages a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and digital client communications, explains debt-relief and insolvency processes, gathers and documents client information, supports lead qualification and follow-up, prepares and maintains insolvency files and documentation, and helps clients navigate Consumer Proposals and Bankruptcies with accuracy, compliance and professionalism. The role combines client service, file administration and structured follow-through in a high-volume environment.

Two to three years of insolvency experience are sought, with working knowledge of Consumer Proposals, Bankruptcies and insolvency administration. Strong client-service and communication skills, organization, attention to detail and ability to manage a large communication volume are important. Proficiency with insolvency software such as Ascend and Microsoft Office is expected, together with discretion, record accuracy and professional handling of sensitive financial information.
