Role description
Hands-on national technical-product role serving as the Canadian point person for a sophisticated equipment portfolio. Responsibilities include maintaining Canadian/provincial certifications and approvals, supporting installations/design/configuration and technical escalations, connected equipment and Wi-Fi configuration, collaboration with German and North American product teams, technical training for sales/consultants/dealers/designers, technical setup for live cooking demonstrations, product launches, documentation and field implementation across Canada.
Qualifications
French-English bilingualism is mandatory and the candidate must be based in Mississauga/GTA. Experience with machinery/equipment manufacturers, OEMs or distributors; sophisticated installed equipment; Canadian certification/compliance environments such as CSA/UL; installation/configuration/troubleshooting; connected equipment/IoT; and technical training/presentations is sought. Approximately 60% travel across Canada.
