HSE Advisor — Drilling & Completions

Role overview

Contract Professionals Canada is recruiting an HSE Advisor for a short-term drilling and frac assignment in the Rocky Mountain House area. The advisor will work directly with the operator’s wellsite supervisor and provide field-level health, safety and environmental oversight during active drilling and completions work.

Responsibilities

• Support permitting and field risk-assessment activities.
• Participate in tailgate and pre-job safety meetings.
• Complete specialty inspections and monitor critical work activities.
• Provide HSE oversight for hot work and drilling/completions operations.
• Work closely with wellsite supervision and contractors to maintain safe execution.

• Hands-on HSE experience in drilling and completions.
• Comfort working in an active wellsite environment with operators and contractors.
• Practical knowledge of permitting, risk assessment, field inspections and hot-work controls.

Rocky Mountain House area, Alberta. Expected duration: 5–6 weeks, starting mid-October 2026. A trailer is provided for accommodation.
