Contract Professionals Canada is hiring a Recruiter in Calgary for a full-time permanent internal position using a hybrid work model. The role supports both contract and permanent recruitment across Canadian energy, engineering, construction and technical markets and manages the recruitment cycle from client intake through candidate placement and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and permanent recruitment assignments from intake through placement.
• Source, screen and qualify candidates and prepare targeted submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates.
• Build contractor relationships, talent pipelines and specialized candidate networks.
• Support onboarding, compliance documentation and accurate recruitment records.
• Provide clients with market feedback, search updates and sourcing recommendations.

• Recruitment experience in staffing, technical, engineering, energy or adjacent professional markets is relevant to the role.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, candidate relationships and client priorities.
• Strong sourcing, screening, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working in a small, agile Canadian team while using established systems and infrastructure.
