District Manager

Freshslice Pizza is hiring a District Manager in Vancouver to support a group of franchise locations as both an operational coach and a business partner.

The role focuses on franchise performance, brand execution and local growth. The District Manager reviews financial results, operating KPIs and market trends; visits stores in person and meets with franchisees virtually; identifies performance gaps; and provides coaching, training and follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:
• advising assigned franchisees on operational and commercial priorities;
• monitoring sales, budgets, expenses and inventory to improve profitability;
• ensuring compliance with Freshslice operating standards and customer-service expectations;
• supporting business plans, sales initiatives and local marketing;
• coordinating with internal marketing, training and product teams;
• supporting new-store openings before launch and during post-opening follow-up;
• reporting franchise performance and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

The position is field-oriented and requires regular travel within the assigned district.

Requirements include at least one year of multi-unit or franchise operations experience, at least one year of food-and-beverage management experience, and prior district, regional or multi-unit management exposure. Freshslice also asks for strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills, the ability to interpret performance metrics, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for district travel.

Permanent, full-time, on-site/field-based role in Vancouver. Published annual compensation: CAD 90,000–125,000.
