Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate Finance (Contract)

About the opportunity

IFG is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for a nine-month Toronto contract supporting enterprise real-estate finance.

The role builds and maintains financial models, develops business cases and impact assessments, supports RFP pricing evaluations and contract-related financial analysis, and works with internal stakeholders to assemble funding requests.

Key responsibilities

• It also contributes to forecasting, budgeting and management reporting while ensuring alignment with accounting policies.
• The assignment is designed for an analyst who can move between detailed modelling, commercial analysis and communication with non-finance partners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should bring five to seven years of analytical experience, including at least three years in financial analysis and modelling.
• Exposure to real-estate accounting or finance is important.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong business-case development, critical thinking and clear written and verbal communication are expected.
• Experience with RFP pricing, SAP or another general-ledger platform, Alteryx or Power BI is useful.
• A university degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Position details

• Nine-month Toronto contract with strong extension potential.
