About the opportunity
IFG is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a six-month Toronto contract supporting enterprise finance-systems initiatives at a major Canadian financial institution.
The manager will lead SAP and PeopleSoft projects from planning through delivery, coordinate business and technology teams, maintain project plans, status reporting, risks, issues and governance documentation, and communicate regularly with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
• The work includes system enhancement, platform modernization and finance-transformation initiatives, so the role requires disciplined delivery management alongside strong stakeholder leadership.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Candidates should have senior enterprise project-management experience and a record of delivering complex finance or ERP technology initiatives.
• SAP experience is central, while PeopleSoft and finance-transformation exposure are valuable.
• Strong project planning, budget and scope control, risk and issue management, governance reporting and senior-stakeholder communication are required.
• Experience coordinating business, finance and technology teams in a regulated financial-services environment is highly relevant.

• Six-month Toronto contract with extension potential.
• Hybrid schedule includes Wednesday, Thursday and every fourth Friday on site.
• Public pay rate: CAD 80 per hour.
