HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

Jetstream Personnel Consulting is recruiting an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician for commercial and industrial installation, maintenance and repair work in Vegreville, Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain refrigeration systems.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Repair or replace compressors, condensers, valves and related components.
• Perform leak testing and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Travel occasionally when required.

• Valid driver’s licence.
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification or licence preferred.
• 3+ years of refrigeration or air-conditioning experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; plumbing/welding are assets.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Commercial/industrial experience is an asset.

Conditions

• Permanent, full-time.
• $38–$50/hour.
