Human resources and team support

• Coordinate recruitment and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Build and maintain onboarding workflows.
• Administer employee benefits and support compliance tracking.
• Maintain reporting for technical certifications and professional-development schedules.
• Coordinate weekly payroll hours with the external accounting team.
• Handle confidential personnel records with discretion.

Corporate administration

• Manage day-to-day office workflows, vendor contracts and facility needs.
• Oversee administrative compliance related to corporate licences, insurance renewals and health-and-safety documentation.
• Support basic accounts-payable tracking and project-billing paperwork.
• Improve systems, tools and processes rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
