About the opportunity
LHH Knightsbridge is recruiting a Senior Vice President, Financial Services & Chief Financial Officer for Trillium Health Partners in Mississauga, Ontario. The role joins the Senior Management Team during a period of major health-system and infrastructure transformation.
The mandate
• Help connect immediate fiscal stability with the organization’s long-term transformation agenda.
• Shape and execute a multi-year financial strategy supporting Trillium Health Partners’ Plan to 2030.
• Steward major redevelopment and capital priorities associated with ongoing health infrastructure renewal.
• Modernize the Financial Services function and strengthen data-informed decision support.
• Partner with clinical, operational and executive leaders as well as the Board, government and community stakeholders.
• Support enterprise decision-making in a highly complex and accountable healthcare environment.
• Build capability in teams, systems and financial processes while maintaining strong fiscal stewardship.
The position reports to the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and is based in Mississauga.
Qualifications
• CPA designation and strong technical financial credibility.
• Executive-level financial leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or another complex, highly accountable environment of comparable scale.
• Strategic orientation and strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated change leadership and ability to work effectively with Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Strong operational partnership and ability to build capability in teams and systems.
• Comfort leading in complex transformation and major capital/infrastructure environments.
