Role description
Commercial training role for Pharmacosmos Canada responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving the commercial training strategy. The role develops annual and quarterly training plans, Key Account Management capabilities, product and disease-state learning, onboarding, workshops, assessments and field coaching. It partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, medical affairs and HR and maintains learning records and effectiveness measures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, education, healthcare or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience including at least 2 years in field sales. Experience designing and delivering product, disease-state, selling-skills or commercial-capability training is required. Adult learning, instructional design, facilitation or coaching credentials are assets.
Additional information
Anticipated base salary: $120,000–$155,000. Approximately 20% travel. English required; bilingual capability preferred.
