Role description
Pharmaceutical sales leadership role supporting the growth of Pharmacosmos Canada. The Regional Business Manager leads regional commercial performance across Western Canada and the Prairies, develops and executes business plans, coaches and develops Key Account Managers, supports recruitment and onboarding, strengthens hospital and institutional account strategy, and collaborates with marketing, finance, HR, medical affairs and other functions. The position includes significant field leadership and approximately 50% travel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field; 6+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, including at least 3 years in people leadership. Hospital key-account experience and familiarity with Canadian healthcare, reimbursement and compliance are required. Experience in women’s health, gastroenterology, haematology, oncology or nephrology is an asset.
Additional information
Preferred base: Greater Vancouver Area or Calgary. Anticipated base salary: $150,000–$175,000 plus annual incentive. English required and a valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
