Practice Manager

Full-time management role with a specialty veterinary practice in Calgary. The Practice Manager owns day-to-day clinic operations from front to back, including team leadership, reception, referrals, scheduling, communications, clinician billing and productivity, accounts receivable, payroll, vendors and implementation of operational changes. The role also handles escalated client concerns and supports staff engagement and culture while working with the practice leadership team.

Minimum 3–5 years of human medical or veterinary practice-management experience, preferably in a specialty or multidisciplinary setting; business degree preferred; familiarity with practice software and current ABVMA/industry standards; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
