Assistant Director – Sales, Heating Products

A long-established wholesale distributor serving the plumbing, heating and fire-protection markets is seeking an Assistant Sales Director for heating products. The position supports the growth and profitability of the heating division and works closely with sales teams and manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting growth strategies for the heating-products division.
• Leading and developing a team of technical specialists.
• Supporting sales representatives with sales development and major accounts.
• Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening strategic accounts.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers and industry partners.
• Contributing technical expertise and strengthening the market positioning of the company’s offer.

• Relevant college or university education.
• Significant B2B sales experience.
• Management or team-leadership experience.
• Knowledge of the heating market or a related technical sector is a strong asset.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual French/English for interaction with manufacturers and partners across Canada.
