Senior Director, Business Solutions – Commercial Insurance

A leading property and casualty insurer is transforming its operations to support growth and evolving distribution models. The Senior Director, Business Solutions is responsible for transactional performance within commercial insurance and works closely with managers to improve growth, productivity, conversion, quality and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading, motivating and developing managers.
• Monitoring operational and commercial performance indicators.
• Improving processes, work methods and the flow of business opportunities.
• Partnering with digital teams and other business units to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Supporting the broader transformation of commercial-insurance operations.

• Relevant college or university education.
• Commercial property and casualty insurance licence.
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, including management of managers.
• Strong leadership, business judgment, analytical skills and KPI-management capability.
• Comfortable operating in a changing environment.
• Bilingual French/English for interaction with clients and business partners across Canada.
