Executive HRBP

A well-established renewable-energy organization with a global presence is seeking an Executive HR Business Partner to support corporate teams during a strategic transformation and organizational restructuring. The role acts as a senior strategic partner to members of the corporate executive committee and helps align people priorities with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
• Advising senior leaders on complex human-resources matters.
• Translating business priorities into measurable HR initiatives.
• Supporting change management and organizational transformation.
• Contributing to succession planning, leadership development and talent management.
• Supporting leaders through complex employee-relations situations.
• Using HR data to inform decisions and improve practices.

• Relevant university degree.
• Significant senior-level human-resources experience, including several years as a senior or executive HR business partner.
• Experience working with executive committees and major transformation initiatives.
• Membership in the Ordre des CRHA.
• Strong analytical capability, political acuity, judgment and credibility with executives.
• Ability to influence in complex and changing environments.
