Branch Manager

A company specializing in the distribution and sale of propane appliances is recruiting a Branch Manager to lead its Salaberry-de-Valleyfield operation. The position combines operational leadership, commercial development, people management and responsibility for safety and service quality.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading all branch operations and coordinating sales, service, installation, delivery and administration teams.
• Planning and optimizing sales, distribution and service activities.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, training and performance.
• Supporting business development and expansion into new markets.
• Coordinating emergency-call coverage outside normal hours.
• Managing facilities and inventory in collaboration with internal teams.

• University degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years managing a sales team.
• Experience in technical, industrial or distribution environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision and results orientation.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment where safety is critical.
