IAM Specialist

Role overview

Poly Tech Talent is recruiting an IAM Specialist for a permanent hybrid role in Mississauga. The position supports identity and access-management infrastructure and works across account lifecycle, authentication, authorization and access controls within a software and enterprise-technology environment. The role is positioned at a junior-to-intermediate level and requires someone comfortable supporting both day-to-day identity operations and improvement work.

Responsibilities

• Support identity lifecycle, access provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Assist with authentication, authorization and role-based access-control administration.
• Troubleshoot identity and access incidents and user issues.
• Maintain documentation, procedures and access-control records.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams on IAM improvements.

• Junior-to-intermediate IAM, systems or security-administration experience.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle, access controls and authentication concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation capability.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams in a hybrid environment.
• Availability for approximately two office days per week in Mississauga.
