Role overview

Poly Tech Talent is recruiting a Warehouse and Shipping Coordinator for an on-site permanent role in the Oakville/Burlington area. The position supports receiving, storage, inventory movement, order preparation and outbound shipping and requires a hands-on employee who can maintain accurate records while keeping the physical warehouse organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound materials and verify quantities and condition.
  • Organize inventory, storage locations and warehouse records.
  • Pick, pack and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate carriers, labels and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse environment and support cycle counts.

Qualifications

  • Warehouse, shipping/receiving or inventory-control experience.
  • Strong organization and attention to shipment and inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks safely.
  • Comfort working with shipping systems, labels and basic inventory records.
  • Availability for an on-site full-time role in the Oakville/Burlington area.

Additional information
