Role overview

Poly Tech Talent is recruiting an IT Service Delivery Manager for a hybrid role in Mississauga. The position leads the maturity and day-to-day performance of IT service-management practices, coordinates service providers and internal technology teams and drives measurable improvements in incident, request, problem and service-level management.

Responsibilities

  • Own service-delivery performance and ITSM process maturity.
  • Monitor service levels, incidents, requests, problems and recurring operational issues.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external service providers around priorities and escalations.
  • Develop reporting, governance routines and service-improvement plans.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve reliability, user experience and technology-service outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT service-delivery or ITSM leadership experience.
  • Experience with incident, problem, request and service-level management.
  • Vendor/service-provider governance capability.
  • Strong reporting, stakeholder-management and continuous-improvement skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid Mississauga environment.

Additional information
