Senior Business Analyst - Unitrax

Role overview

A Canadian financial-services organization is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep Unitrax expertise. This is a systems-focused role rather than a traditional documentation-only BA position: the analyst configures funds and platform modules, understands the application at a technical/business level and connects operational needs with practical Unitrax system changes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure funds and modules within Unitrax.
• Support new functionality, platform enhancements and system changes.
• Gather and translate business needs into functional/system requirements.
• Assess process impacts and work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with QA and subject-matter experts for testing and UAT.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and advise other team members on Unitrax.

• Hands-on Unitrax expertise is essential.
• Experience with fund setup, modules and platform configuration.
• 5+ years of business-systems-analysis and/or financial-services experience.
• Strong analysis, requirements and stakeholder skills.
• AS/400, Unitrax backend/data structures and wealth/insurance/segregated-fund experience are assets.
