Associate Advisor

Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting an Associate Advisor for an independent wealth-management practice focused on comprehensive financial planning, evidence-based investing and long-term client relationships. The position is designed as a long-term path toward broader advisory responsibility rather than a sales-focused role.

Responsibilities include preparing financial plans and recommendations, participating in client meetings, implementing follow-ups, supporting portfolio analysis and rebalancing, coordinating with accountants, lawyers and insurance professionals, and gradually assuming responsibility for a defined client group.

The employer is looking for roughly 3–7 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, investment management or a related advisory environment. CFP completion or progress toward it is expected; QAFP, CIM, CFA or LLQP are assets. Snap Projections or Conquest and portfolio-management platforms such as nDex or d1g1t are useful.
