Role description
Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting a Head of Advisor Support Services for a financial-services client. This is a foundational role within a broader Advisory Services function, owning the post-integration operational relationship with partner advisory offices.
Responsibilities include advisor and partner support, custodian coordination, account-opening and transfer issue resolution, documentation, workflow design, escalation management and development of a scalable Advisor Support model. The role is hands-on and includes direct operational problem solving.
The posting seeks roughly 5–10+ years in wealth-management operations, advisor support, client service, custodial operations or partner-office support.
