Role description

Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting an Integration Specialist for a financial-services client. The role supports onboarding of new advisor teams, partner offices, client accounts, documentation and operational workflows.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing account-opening documents, tracking transfers and outstanding items, maintaining CRM and portfolio/custodian data, coordinating KYC/AML and compliance documentation, supporting advisor teams during onboarding, maintaining transition trackers and identifying recurring process improvements.

The posting seeks 2–5+ years in financial-services operations, onboarding, account administration, transfers or advisor support. Familiarity with account-opening and transfer documentation, KYC/AML requirements and custodian processes is requested. Strong organization, ownership and communication are essential.
