Role description
Opportunity
Permanent full-time junior credit role with a North American organization. The analyst supports commercial credit-risk assessment, annual portfolio ratings, internal audits and collections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic risk analysis of commercial businesses.
- Support the Credit Risk Manager with annual portfolio risk-rating reports.
- Assist with internal audits and reporting and work with the collections team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial-statement analysis and reporting skills.
- Excel capability, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, is an asset.
- English/French bilingual ability is strongly valued; a risk designation in progress is an asset.
Additional information
On-site role that may be based in Calgary, Montréal or Dartmouth. Base salary starts around $65,000 depending on experience, with bonus up to 10%, extended benefits and RRSP contributions.
