Technical Lead – Assurance

Alevo Talents is recruiting a Technical Assurance Lead for a growing advisory firm. The role supports technical excellence, quality control and professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review audit, review-engagement and compilation files.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Validate financial-statement quality and presentation.
• Support assurance quality control.
• Coach professionals and act as a technical reference.
• Support corporate tax-return work.
• Stay current on standards and regulations.
• Improve tools, procedures and operating methods.

• CPA designation and good standing with the professional order.
• Significant audit, review and compilation experience.
• Strong file-review and quality-control expertise.
• Excellent accounting and auditing standards knowledge.
• Graduate-level education such as an MBA or DESS is a strong asset.

• Permanent full-time role in Lebourgneuf, Quebec City.
• 35–37.5 hours per week, flexible hybrid schedule.
