Role description
Alevo Talents is recruiting an Assistant Controller for a fast-growing services company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full accounting cycle for multiple entities.
- Manage daily finance operations and data accuracy.
- Prepare and oversee month-end close.
- Analyze budget variances.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Support accounting technicians.
- Work closely with the controller and finance leadership.
- Improve processes and help develop the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in accounting, or equivalent training.
- At least 3 years of similar experience.
- Autonomy, rigour, organization, teamwork and communication skills.

- Based in Sainte-Foy.
- Hybrid work with 3 remote days per week.
